It was my new year’s resolution when I reached Medstar clinic on 3rd of January 2017. I met Dietitian Nidhi Prakash there. She recommended a few tests which came with high sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels. I became very tensed because I was a foodie person then and controlling delicious food seemed to me a big unachievable task! But when I lost 5.5 kg in one month…I became really happy. It made me so motivated that I started looking for healthier food options on the net. I purchased Air-fryer and started experimenting with the low fat food recipes. As her Diet plans are mostly based on home cooked meals, she used to include those food recipes, suggested by me, in my diet plans and used to suggest the portion sizes too. Thanks for your efforts Dt. Prakash. 

I never wanted to join a Gym. In fact a very good Gym was very close to my house. But I joined it in the second month of my weight loss program. Slowly it made me so much addicted to it that it had become an essential part of my daily regime. It has been 3 years since then and I am still maintaining my ideal body weight, all because of the exercise and healthy eating habits taught by Dt. Nidhi Prakash. I followed her diet plans for 8 months and lost 41 kgs starting from 111kg. I will definitely recommend further….
